Welcome to CredRank. By creating an account or using credrank.in, you agree to these Terms of Service.
What CredRank Is
CredRank is a self-reported ranking platform for gamers and content creators in India. Users enter their own statistics, and we calculate a score, tier, and rank based on a formula. CredRank is intended for entertainment and self-promotion purposes — it is not an official, audited, or verified measurement of skill or influence unless a user has separately purchased the Verified Badge (which only verifies payment and identity claims you've made, not independently audits your statistics).
Accuracy of Information
All gaming and creator statistics entered by users are self-reported. CredRank does not independently verify the accuracy of stats entered (kills, followers, views, etc.) unless otherwise stated. Users are responsible for entering truthful information. We reserve the right to remove accounts found to be submitting clearly false or manipulated data that disrupts the integrity of the leaderboard.
Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You must be the rightful owner of any photos you upload as your profile picture, or use the provided avatar options instead.
- You may not impersonate another real person, create misleading profiles, or use the platform to harass, defame, or impersonate others.
Public Profile & Leaderboard
By using CredRank, you agree that your handle, name, profile picture, score, tier, and selected stats will be publicly visible on your profile page and on the leaderboard.
Payments
- The Detailed Breakdown (₹49) and Verified Badge (₹99) are one-time purchases processed securely through Razorpay.
- All payments are for digital features delivered immediately upon successful payment confirmation. As these are instantly-delivered digital goods, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion in cases of a genuine technical error on our part.
- The Verified Badge indicates that a payment was successfully made and basic identity information was provided — it does not constitute independent verification of the user's reported statistics.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false, exaggerated, or manipulated statistics intended to deceive other users.
- Attempt to hack, scrape, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
- Use automated scripts to create multiple accounts or manipulate leaderboard rankings.
- Upload content that is illegal, abusive, or violates others' rights.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including those found to be submitting fraudulent statistics or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
Disclaimer
CredRank is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of calculated scores, or the platform's availability at all times. Scoring formulas and tier thresholds may be adjusted over time as the platform evolves.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CredRank and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of CredRank after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
